Orbitomo support is available through the in-app support path and by email at support@orbitomo.com.
Before Contacting Support
Please include only the information needed to describe the issue.
- What screen or feature you were using.
- What happened and what you expected to happen.
- Whether the issue happened once or repeatedly.
- Any safe message shown by the app.
Do not include verification codes, Firebase ID tokens, App Check tokens, APNs or FCM tokens, passwords, private keys, raw location, exact addresses, other people's personal information, receipt payloads, transaction payloads, storage paths, signed URLs, or request bodies.
Safety And Emergency Boundary
Orbitomo support cannot handle urgent physical danger, crimes, medical emergencies, disasters, facility issues, or other emergency matters.
For urgent matters, contact police, fire, medical institutions, facility managers, guardians, schools, or another appropriate local safety authority.
Account And Privacy Requests
For privacy, deletion, correction, suspension, reinstatement, purchase, venue partner, or safety requests, contact support@orbitomo.com and describe the request without including secret values or unrelated personal information.
Orbitomo may ask for additional safe context through the app or email when needed to verify the request.
